Laughter Yoga is a combination of intentional laughter exercises, combined with yogic breathing and stretching. It was created by Dr Madan Kataria in 1995 when he started a laughter club in Mumbai, India with 5 people in attendance! There are now thousands of people worldwide practicing Laughter Yoga on a daily basis. Laughter Yoga can be done by anyone, any age or physical ability and has many benefits for both physical and mental health.
